Requires experience in the planning of infrastructure projects and coordination with external and internal engineering, construction and installation teams providing coordination of work methods, resourcing of work forces, logical sequencing of events and resolution of common problems in these areas. • Requires experience in creation of work breakdown structure utilizing decomposition techniques and confirming deliverable lists. Ability to develop professionally engineered network diagrams. Requires ability to develop baseline schedules including resource loading / levelling and budgeting. • Requires a thorough understanding of the interrelationships and role of organizational units, interrelationships between work groups, external contractors and consultants involved, and the need for resolving any controversial issues that may arise.
