Manager, Process Engineering
Qualifications:

Technical oversight of all Process Engineering activities.

Management of Process Department staff.

Assist
in the development and maintenance of Process standards, workflows, budgets
and schedules that match the project requirements.

Provide
effective coaching as required and identify training needs for Process team
members.

Development of process engineering scope and aspects associated with design
packages.

Workload
forecasting, staff assignment and management.
-
Engineering skills and demographics management for long term growth and
stability of the engineering group.

Review
and creation of engineering proposals, scopes of work and cost estimates.

Project
management duties for specific design projects.

Involvement in both studies and detailed engineering projects.
The ideal candidate will be a Professional Engineer in Ontario with an advanced
engineering degree and 12-15 years of experience in design, process engineering
and design management within the Nuclear, Power, Chemical or Oil and Gas
industries. This is a leadership role which includes working closely with the
other outstanding professionals in the group to meet current and future
engineering needs of the projects and prospects identified. Coaching,
professional services management, communication and interpersonal skills are
essential
