Documentation Subject Matter Expert (SME) - Maintenance/Operations
General Accountabilities:
· Provide input to Project Management Plans to support programs of work and procedures associated with the revisions of Operational and Maintenance documents that are a result of the Restart scopes of work.
· Interface with Client and contractors to ensure their needs are met in line with project objectives.
· Develop and foster good working arrangements with all interfaces
· Provide support as required in developing budgetary & staffing requirements as required by the program needs.
· Provide support to Documentation Team Lead in the form of procedure rewrite verification and validation as necessary.
Regular Interfaces
· Interface with Client and contractors to ensure their needs are met in line with project objectives.
Duties:
· Assist in the development of processes to ensure all of the affected documentation from the Restart of Units 1 & 2 are identified and managed through to completion or disposition.
· Identify standards and requirements to which changes must adhere to.
· Review DCP/DCN packages to identify all affected Operational and Maintenance documentation resulting from Restart scopes including DWC & PMC.
· Be the Subject Matter Expert and act as oversight for the production of documentation changes from the DWC & PMC, throughout process up to documents getting approved by Client.
· Oversee documentation changes under the responsibility of the Client.
· Interface with the Return To Service organizations and all outside organizations and act as an intelligent customer on documentation issues.
· Provide the client with the timely deliverable of documents.
Skills, Knowledge and Experience Required:
· Experience of producing documented changes to Maintenance and Operational documentation. +5 Years Experience.
· Operational / Maintenance Experience in a Nuclear Facility. +15 years experience.
· Working within highly regulated environments subject to rigorous review.
· Self Motivated.
· Strong Communication and interpersonal skills.
· Ability to work with minimal supervision in a multi discipline environment
· Ability to interact on a working level with Management, Project, and Contract staff
