Prolet believes in personal service and each recruiting endeavour will be under the direction of a member of our senior management team. We have an extensive database of resumes and available candidates will be contacted and screened. Qualified candidates are reviewed and those that closely fit the job opening are interviewed then referred to your company.
Our goal will be to formulate a short list of qualified candidates within the first one week.
To help you make a hiring decision, we will submit two detailed references on the selected candidate or we will provide you with the necessary information so that you may conduct references on your own.
